I looked on line, found a great deal for a weekend in London, called the phone no. As I wanted to book a `hidden gem` spoke with an extremely pleasant, friendly lady called Sarah, who gave me the hotel details & then I was given a further 10% off as I was a previous customer, I can`t fault their service or value for money. They really put the customer 1st, can`t fault them, would highly recommend them

Excellent communication from a very pleasant employee. I had to change my hotel booking twice and they took it in stride, no worries. With a lot of the bigger outfits here in America you will get strict formal, those are the rules, answers. Not so with Hotel Direct, they were courteous and helpful. Seems like the people there in Truro are still `old world considerate`.
